Dr Duncan was professional and thorough is his assessment of my dental problem. I came in with pain from an old crown after my usual dentist recommended extraction and placement of an implant. I wasn’t comfortable with the approach and sought a second opinion. Dr Duncan recommended a conservative method of first seeing a periodontist for retreatment and then doing a filling or replacement of the old crown. I was so glad I saw him and saved myself the unnecessary trauma and expense I would have faced . Going to this office was one of the best decisions I made . The staff was courteous and professional as well. Both my husband and I will switch to Dr Duncan!

No wait time courteous caring staff pain-free Dentistry, very satisfied with my dental work explicit Aftercare instructions. Also their was an issue with my Dental Ins. However,Mr. Cameron (billing dept) told me Don't worry that he would take care of the problem, (problem resolved) Phone reminders to help keep me on schedule re: my dental appts. A feeling that you're that special patient. Oh yea, If you're lucky u might be chosen as the patient of the month. Thank You for the beautiful bouquet of flowers. I was in the area, and had been looking for a new dentist office, so I walked in and spoke to the receptionist to ask a few questions, and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. The dentist is very nice and friendly and went over my X-rays throughly with me, and explained what dental treatments I needed to have. I’m so glad I found a new dentist office close to home.
