I’m one who has had BAD Dentist Experiences ALL My Life UNTIL i Met Dr. Duncan. Although i had NOT Visited in a FEW Years once i Devided to go BACK the Place had Expanded AND Brought in NEW Staff. NOW my Visits are FUN and EVERY Staff Member treats me like Family.

EXCELLENT service! The staff makes you feel like you are apart of their family. Once you arrive you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Duncan has nothing but the best for his patients.

I am extremely thankful for Dr. Duncan and his entire team. I was nervous about my initial visit because of COVID and ended up having the most amazing experience. It was obvious that the doctor and his team not only take the COVID-19 precautionary measures seriously, but they also make sure you do too. From the time you enter the office, contactless temperate checks, COVID-19 questionnaire, and washing of hands, all before you even have a seat in the dentist chair. After five visits, I feel as COVID safe as I did on the first visit. The professionalism of the doctor and his team is A+. Thank you, Dr. Duncan and team, for making this Nervous Nelly feel right at home.

First off I love this place, the whole staff is like family. I have been coming to Dr. Duncan since I was a child and my teeth and gums are sooo beautiful and healthy. No one cares more about their patients than the staff. From Ms. Jones to Ms. Rhonda and Jade and Harry they make my experience awesome!!!

Although I don’t like going to the dentist ?? office not even 4 a cleaning which is what I had. I like 2 say this dental office is very professional. From the front office 2 the back. When U need a dentist Dominguez Hills Dental office is the office 2 go 2

Always friendly, professional and prompt.

Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things to do. However, Ms. Rhonda, Dr. Duncan and the entire staff at Dominguez Hills Dental Group made both of my visits pleasant. There's a sweet, comfortable spirit that saturates the place. It's easy to feel at home. The smiling eyes (not faces, since those are mostly covered because of COVID => ), light conversations and soothing music help to put you at ease. I'd recommend this office to anyone; even those of us who cringe at the sound of the drills.

I had an excellent experience at DHDG today! The entire team is amazing! Hygienist Colette Stewart cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job as always. I highly recommend this office for dental care!

Colette is the best hygienist. I have been with Dr. Duncan for more than 10 years. He is confident and deliberate in his approach to my care. At this visit he developed a specific care plan and his cordial and welcoming staff had it printed for me. The plan detailed my financial responsibility inasmuch as what my insurance would pay and what I would pay. It made me feel like a valued & respected patient.

The staff is always very friendly, and they always accommodate me when I need to change my appointments. Dr. Duncan is friendly and always makes me laugh when I come in for a visit. I enjoy coming in for my check-ups and dental work.

With the new normal it was a pleasant experience waited in my car they came to my car took my temp and a series of questions gurgled a mouthwash and was seated very quick and professional Dr took care of me in no time thank you for the new normal

My recent experience at the Dominguez Hills Dental Group was extraordinary. The entire environment was exceptionally sanitized; the workers were clothed in their garbs and equipped with the necessary items to keep their patients as well as themselves safe. Every thing was done decently and in order in accordance with the state, county, and city guidelines for COVID-19. I was very comfortable and at TOTAL peace while there [most of that had to do with prayer even before I arrived--back in April after my first cancellation]. "Cudos" to Dr. Duncan and his ENTIRE professional and gracious staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Duncan is the best dentist I have encountered.He is very proactive regarding my dental care. He is always accommodating if any dental emergency occurs.He is kind and compassionate. His staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr Duncan was professional and thorough is his assessment of my dental problem. I came in with pain from an old crown after my usual dentist recommended extraction and placement of an implant. I wasn’t comfortable with the approach and sought a second opinion. Dr Duncan recommended a conservative method of first seeing a periodontist for retreatment and then doing a filling or replacement of the old crown. I was so glad I saw him and saved myself the unnecessary trauma and expense I would have faced . Going to this office was one of the best decisions I made . The staff was courteous and professional as well. Both my husband and I will switch to Dr Duncan!

However,Mr. Cameron (billing dept) told me Don't worry that he would take care of the problem, (problem resolved) Phone reminders to help keep me on schedule re: my dental appts. I was in the area, and had been looking for a new dentist office, so I walked in and spoke to the receptionist to ask a few questions, and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. The dentist is very nice and friendly and went over my X-rays throughly with me, and explained what dental treatments I needed to have. I’m so glad I found a new dentist office close to home.
